DELIVERY:
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information.
Please allow 2-4 days from the time you place your order for your painting to be created and a further 2 days for it to be commissioned before it's freight status is updated.
We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
AFTER YOU'VE PURCHASED
When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours and the final painting is commissioned within 4-5 days of receiving order. All orders are then handled and shipped out from our local warehouses in United States, New Zealand, Australia and United Kingdom.
Shipping Confirmation?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
International Shipping?
WE are proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
It usually takes up to 10-14 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
WE are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. CANCELLATION/CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We process and ship orders quickly, Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
