How To Order

- Please use the Upload Photo option during ordering to send us clear photos taken in high resolution and in the right light. (The faces must be straight and clearly visible in the photo).
- Alternatively you can also send us your photos on support@signatureartsdigital.com with your order number after placing your order if you need more time to choose your photos or if you skip 'Upload Photo'.

Shipping/Turn Around Time
- The normal turnaround time for our 3D wooden artwork is 12-21 business days worldwide depending on the complexity of the artwork and your location around the globe. We recommend you order 4 weeks in advance if you intend to order this as a gift for a specific occasion/event.
- A tracking number will be sent via email when your item is commissioned and dispatched.
